APi National Service Group (NSG) specializes in fire protection services and provides a one point of contact for customers with a regional or national portfolio of properties and desire a coordinated and consistent level of service for inspections and repair or maintenance of their fire suppression and life safety systems.

Services provided by APi NSG include code required testing and inspections, repair/maintenance services, and retrofits of fire suppression and life safety systems. We inspect and service all types of fire suppression and life safety systems including fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, anti-freeze and standpipes), fire pumps, alarm and detection systems, emergency lighting, portable extinguishers, backflow devices, and special hazards systems.

Our customer representatives dispatch the service calls to the appropriate APi Fire Protection branch office or affiliate for immediate service and follow up.

A dedicated account representative and administrator are assigned to your account for all day-to-day support and servicing of your accounts needs.

Coordinated/Consistent Level of Service for all Properties:

Assurance that their facilities' fire suppression and life safety systems are regularly tested, inspected, and serviced to achieve optimal performance and insurance savings.

All client invoices are generated from APi NSG and all payments are remitted to APi NSG.
